Brewster, Hoot and Toot are learning how to use the turntable and how to use it safely by Calley. Unfortunately, she gets called out for an emergency, so she selects Brewster to be in charge of teaching Hoot and Toot. Brewster starts going over his rules for turntable safety, but Hoot and Toot do not want to learn about turntables any more. So they ask Brewster how fast the turntable can spin. Brewster doesn't know, so he tries to find out. Meanwhile, he does not see Hoot and Toot drive away, but they get themselves in trouble when they cannot get off a turntable underground.
