Chug Patrol 1 (CP1) is a wagon with a crane and a winch. It can be used for towing, among other purposes.

Chug Patrol 2[]

Chug Patrol 2 (CP2) is a speed booster car that allows chuggers to get to where they need to be quick.

Biography[]

Just like Dr. Ling's original speed booster the wagon is based on, CP2 has proven to be relatively difficult for chuggers to control due to its powerful motor. While both Wilson and Calley had a hard time mastering the wagon, it's a very useful piece of rolling stock when used correctly. For instance, Wilson managed to save Brewster from falling into Rocky Ridge River by utilizing the sheer power of the car; however, learning to properly control it before using it is obligatory, as demonstrated by Zephie who borrowed the car without permission and ended up going out of control all around Chuggington.

Biography[]

Despite being somewhat challenging to learn, CP3 is one of the more commonly seen Chug Patrol wagons. Its strong water jet spray has proven to be useful in plenty of different emergencies varying from cooling down an overheated Mega Chug Crane to putting out a giant lighthouse fire at the Docks. However, it is also somewhat commonly used in more casual jobs such as giving water to the animals of the Safari Park.

Biography[]

CP4, being only used in the most challenging of rescues, is stored in a chamber under the tracks leading into CPHQ and has appeared sparsely in the show. After Emery broke down while driving downhill and ended up flying off tracks far into a nearby forest, the wagon was used by Jackman to retrieve him. Chug Patrol 6[]

Chug Patrol 6 (CP6) is the Mega Mover car used to transport disabled chuggers. Hoot and Toot work this wagon when on Junior Chug Patrol.

Biography[]

Despite being one of the larger Chug Patrol wagons stored under the ramp leading up to CPHQ, CP6 has had quite a few meaningful appearances in the series. When Koko's speed boosters malfunctioned and she ended up going out of control, Jackman used the wagon to bring her safely back to the Depot. Similarly, when Hanzo's brakes locked up during the Track Dash Fun Race, the trainees used the wagon to transport him to the finish line. Wilson first used the car solo as a safe place for a sleepriding Puffer Pete to sleep in.

Chugatronic[]

The Chugatronic is a variation of CP3, with the addition of voice activation and special high tech that allows it to work independently. It is a popular wagon used in Chug Patrols worldwide, with commercials promoting it with the catchphrase "To make your rescue supersonic, order yourself the Chugatronic!"

Biography[]

Jackman ordered the Chugatronic for use in Chug Patrol, with Koko being asked to pick up the top secret cargo from The Docks. Despite orders not to open the crate containing it, the sudden appearance of its voice and warning lights took Koko aback, prompting her to check on it. Upon unintentionally opening it and activating it, the Chugatronic caused chaos all around Chuggington; it accidently spilled crates being loaded by Brewster at the Drop and Load Yard, blasted Wilson with water at the the Chug Wash, startled Old Puffer Pete at the Quarry (resulting in spilled rocks) and monkeys at Safari Park (resulted in spilled bananas), and spilling wagons and cargo all over the line. The trainees eventually cornered and deactivated it at the Roundhouse Park, and the wagon was quickly delivered to CPHQ following the ordeal.

Appearances[]

Trivia[]

  • The Chugatronic needs to be programmed before using it, or else it will go out of control.
