Chuggington: Badge Quest, or simply known as just Badge Quest, is a series of four minute training tasks given by Vee that the trainees take. They were first produced between the first and second seasons to tide over fans until new full-length episodes were released. The trainees earn badges for completing these tasks successfully. If a task is not completed successfully, a trainee can complete it another time.

Trivia
- This is the first Chuggington production to be produced by Jacqueline White.
- Even though each part has almost 1 year between them, the BBC Programme Information refers to them as 1 season. So they are referred to as parts.
- For each part, they are split in between season season it was produced next to.
- According to the BBC Programme Information, 6 more episodes were meant to air for 2012. But because Season 3 got cut short of 14 episodes, 7 Badge Quest episodes aired instead.
- As of the nineteenth of July 2021, the episodes have been reloaded to BBC iPlayer with a new recording of Wilson voiced by his current UK voice actor, Teddy West.
- There seems to be little continuity change sometimes, as at the end of some of the episodes when the trainees' badges are shown, there are only three or four every time.
- Piper is the only trainee from the first to third seasons to not be featured in Badge Quest.
- 13 Badge Quest episodes had been confirmed for Fall 2013, but they did not air for unknown reasons.
- This marks the final time that Wilson and Brewster are voiced by Morgan Overton and Charlie George in the UK dub respectively.
