The Roundhouses are a group of sheds located at the Depot. Emery and Decka's line runs through here. There's a park located behind them.
Biography[]
There are five roundhouses - there are four single deck roundhouses (one reserved specifically for trainees), and a large double decker roundhouse. There are a lot of unused berths to allow space for new chuggers in the future.
While the roundhouses lack much significance other than being a place for the chuggers to sleep, some events have taken place here; most notably when Hoot and Toot tried to launch a meteorite back into space, it ended up smashing into all of the trainee roundhouse berths - luckily, the trainees, who were sleeping, were unhurt.

Right to left, the order is:
In The Spooky Chugger, Zephie was seen sleeping here instead of Hoot and Toot. However, she seems to normally reside in the Front-Left Roundhouse. Piper was also supposed to sleep in the same berth upon her arrival, but decided to stay at the Front-Left Roundhouse with Pete instead.

While no chugger has been seen permanently residing in the left-most berth of this roundhouse, for the rest of the berths, the order up until Season 6 went as follows from left to right:
In Old Puffer Pete's Firebox and Park Patroller Wilson, Old Puffer Pete was seen residing in the unused left-most berth. Similarly, in Outward Bound Olwin, Hodge was seen residing in Piper's berth.
As of Season 6, the order from left to right is:

The Back-Right Roundhouse[]

No one has seen to be sleeping in this roundhouse since Season 4; however, Hodge was briefly seen entering it in the Discover Chuggington: All Aboard! short, The Roundhouse Song.
The Back-Left Roundhouse[]
As of Season 4, the order is:
In Chuggineers: Ready to Build, Skylar was seen residing in the left-most berth.
Not dissimilar to the Back-Right Roundhouse, no one has seen to be sleeping in this roundhouse since Season 4; however, Cormac was briefly seen entering it in the Discover Chuggington: All Aboard! short, The Roundhouse Song, even if he has been shown to sleep in the Double-Decker Roundhouse.

Trivia[]
- There are a couple of errors with the Roundhouses' design:
- The single track leading to all of the Roundhouses leads straight into a wall, with no actual connection to the Depot. A version of the set that fixed this appeared occasionally in the first seasons of the series, until it was later phased out.
- The track that leads into the single-deck Roundhouses does not line up with the turntables correctly.
- Not counting the intro (Honk Your Horns), the Roundhouses are the first location to ever appear on screen.
