The Old Town Mystery Chugger is a mysterious steam chugger said to be haunting Old Town.

He would appear from a certain track, and disappear as soon as he was noticed. As Old Town was abandoned, it is unknown what happened to the chugger, let alone if he even exists.

The faulty Chug Scan was mistaken to be the Old Town Mystery Chugger while Olwin was taking the trainees on a tour of Old Town.

The Tootington Passenger Chugger

The Tootington Passenger Chugger is a chugger who was only mentioned in the fourth season episode, Explorer Koko.

The Tootington Passenger Chugger was supposed to pick up several VIPs from Koko at Border Bridge to take them on a tour of Tootington. However, due to many hold ups, Koko was late, making the Tootington chugger believe the tour was cancelled (leaving as a result.) Despite this, Mayor Pullman felt that the route Koko had taken was just, if not more interesting as Tootington, and created the tour "Koko's Magical Mystery Tour".

As the chugger was never seen on screen, she may as well have been Payce, though this has not been confirmed.

Cannonball Cooper once told the tale to Old Puffer Pete, who later told it to Zephie and Brewster. The two chuggers, along with Wilson and Koko went on a hunt to find the Spooky Chugger only to find Pete trapped under a sheet.
